We fully appreciate that you may need ongoing support after we have helped you with one of our other support services.

We therefore offer the following for you or your loved one. As with all our services these can be tailored to your requirements. Please ask.

£99/Month

  • Make a monthly telephone call to ensure your wellbeing and peace of mind, answer any queries you may have and sort out any minor issues.
  • Provide a telephone or email report to your family &/or professional representatives (if agreed by you) following on from these visits.
  • Be available to provide you with ongoing telephone support.

£150/Month

  • Make a monthly telephone call to ensure your wellbeing and peace of mind, answer any queries you may have and sort out any minor issues.
  • Provide a telephone or email report to your family &/or professional representatives (if agreed by you) following on from these visits.
  • Make a quarterly visit to ensure your wellbeing and peace of mind, answer any queries you may have and sort out any issues.
  • Provide an email report to your family &/or professional representatives (if agreed by you) following on from these visits.
  • Be available to provide you with ongoing telephone support.

£225/month

  • Make a monthly visit to ensure your wellbeing and peace of mind and to answer any queries you may have and sort out any issues.
  • Provide feedback to your family &/or professional representatives if you agree.
  • Be available to support you should any follow up meetings or assessments with professional services be required.
  • Provide introductions to appropriate rehabilitation services e.g. physiotherapy, speech therapy, social workers etc.
  • Provide introductions to appropriate personal service providers e.g. hairdresser, taxi, manicurist, masseur etc.
  • Arrange deliveries of personal items e.g. toiletries, clothing, flowers, incidentals etc.
